Digital Marketing Coordinator, El Salvador

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving online engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Search, SEO, social media, website, eMail). 
  • Manage and schedule content for social media platforms. 
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking. 
  • Monitor website content and ensure updates are accurate and optimized. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. 
  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts. 
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors as needed. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. 
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, X ads, Rumble Ads, etc.). 
  • Research digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies. 
  • Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and campaign timelines. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). 
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, CRM systems). 
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.). 
  • Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Basic HTML knowledge. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
