Part Time or Full Time Sales Representative Pensacola, FL
Job Purpose
C0MPLÉX1 is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a digital marketing agency, we work with a diverse range of clients, and we’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present our services with clarity and confidence. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, conducting outreach, and supporting clients through the sales process. This role will contribute directly to the growth of both our agency and the clients we serve.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pensacola area and beyond through prospecting, networking, and follow-up communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting renewals and upsells.
Administrative & Project Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with potential and current clients.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and sales documentation.
- Record meeting notes and action items for internal and client-related discussions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to ensure client deliverables are on schedule.
- Support contract and billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.
Data Analysis & Strategy Support
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential client segments to inform sales strategies.
- Compile and analyze sales and marketing data to identify patterns, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports summarizing lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Contribute ideas for sales campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, web design)
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Job Hours
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week, depending on workload
Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST
