English to French Translator Needed
An Internet marketing company in business for over 10 years. We provide Pay Per Click Management & SEO services to small and medium sized businesses globally.
We are currently searching for a freelance translator to translate some web content.
Job Description
The translator will translate webpage content, metadata and URLs from English into French.
Requirements
- Native level of both French and English.
- A bachelor’s or professional degree.
- Good internet connection (if you work from home)
- Great written and oral communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Good attention span.
- Good organization
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Personal computer
- Competency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Time management skills.
- Some knowledge of IT
Desired Qualities
- At least 2 years of experience with translation and or interpretation preferably in something that is IT related.
More information:
- Pay will be an hourly rate which will be determined by skills, education and experience.
- You will be required to track your time on all tasks in 5-minute increments
- As a freelancer, you will be expected to take care of your own taxes in the country were you reside.
