Part Time or Full Time Marketing Assistant, Administrative Assistant Pensacola, FL

 

Job Purpose

Perform administrative marketing assistance, project management  & data analysis duties for company, client work, and projects.

Administrative tasks include: Customer service, answering email, phone reception, managing calendar, meeting & event arrangements, project management, project management communication and documentation.

Data analysis tasks include: research, compiling, filtering, data entry, data mining, manual manipulation, creating action plan for data gathered and execution of plan implementation.

 

Job Duties:

Administrative

  • Answering phone, general emails, running errands
  • Recording meeting notes
  • General office duties such as faxing, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Preparing documents for various client / vendor / contractor needs
  • Some copywriting (needed for various internal company needs)
  • Providing customer service to potential and established clients via phone, e-mail and live chat
  • Compiling weekly and monthly data into readable, organized reports in digital format as well as hard copy form (if needed)

Project Management

  • Organization and documentation
  • Communication with subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance
  • Updating clients' websites as instructed by client in order to maximize SEO
  • Relaying instructions to programmers for major changes requested to clients’ websites, overseeing the progress and reporting
  • Organizing and add invoices of subcontractors to a digital program
  • Managing the service hours of each client on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Reading and summarizing various types of marketing related articles

Data Analysis/ Internet Marketing

  • Inspecting large numbers of websites link data and search for opportunities for clients
  • Checking websites for duplicate content
  • Running data mining activities for SEO purposes
  • Planning and implementing plans based on data mining & analysis
  • Assisting with the building of client websites, including: creating new web pages, researching appropriate stock photography, communicating and assigning tasks to programmers, updating web pages as necessary when receiving feedback from client and managing the project's progression

Job Hours:

Full Time: The position is full time 40 hours per week.

Part Time: The position will be 10-20 hours per week, depending on the workload. Work hours are 9 am-4 pm, Monday to Friday, Central Time (CT).
